The Rise of the Brewers

Founded in 2018 by sports entrepreneur Yossam Ntegereje, Ntugasaze Football Club (NFC) has one of the most unique stories in modern Ugandan sports. The club was originally formed as a recreational team for the workers of Imana Yera Company.

What started as a workplace health and bonding initiative quickly evolved. Driven by exceptional talent and strict discipline, the team began climbing up through the ranks of the Ugandan football league system.

Following a spectacular campaign in the FUFA Big League—where we finished second with a commanding 53 points—the club completed its incredible journey from corporate grounds to the grand stage, officially securing historic promotion to the Uganda Premier League (FUFA 1st Division) for the 2026/2027 season. NFC stands as a testament to what professional corporate governance, clinical tactical execution, and deep community roots can achieve.

OPERATIONAL BLUEPRINT

The Fortress (Home Ground)

For our upcoming top-flight Uganda Premier League campaign, the club has transitioned to its new home ground at the Kira Road Police grounds in Kampala. This venue serves as an easily accessible, secure, and vibrant matchday hub for our rapidly expanding fan base.

Youth Development Pathway: We are proudly partnered with Kampala Galaxy to scout, nurture, and develop the next generation of elite upcoming football talent.

Women’s Football Alliance: We maintain a formal partnership with the She MUBS (Makerere University Business School) women’s football team to support the sport’s holistic growth and establish diverse talent pathways.
